Minors – Age of Majority – Oklahoma
Minors, except as otherwise provided by law, are persons under eighteen (18) years of age.
The period thus specified must be calculated from the first minute of the day on which a person is born to the same minute of the corresponding day completing the period of minority.

Contracts
Voidable when done within one year after age of majority; exception: contracts for necessaries and statutory obligations (15 §13, et seq.)
Ability to Sue
Guardian, next friend, or representative (12§2017(c))
Consent to Medical Treatment
Minors may consent if married, a parent, emancipated, or for emergencies, substance abuse, communicable diseases, or pregnancy (63 §2602)
